The museums and theaters are amazing! The city is busy no matter what time of year you get there. Christmas in downtown is spectacular ... but finding the neighborhoods dressed in lights is really amazing.
4th of July fireworks, Taste of Chicago, St Paddy's Day ... basically any time of year is the right time to visit Chicago!

There is so much to do in Chicago you could never get bored. My favorite activity is to go see my favorite baseball team play. Wrigley Field home of the Chicago Cubs is one of the oldest and most historic ball parks in baseball besides the great sporting events Chicago offers many other fun places to see. Sears Tower is the tallest building and you can get a great view of the city for the 103 floor at the Skydeck Observatory. You can visit many of the beaches on Lake Michigan. Navy Pier is a must for any visitor to the city. It has a great amusement park with one of the oldest ferries wheels. No matter what you enjoy you can find it in Chicago. Epinions.com User
